HOW TO PLAY

Step 1 — Choose a Goal

Players begin by identifying a leadership or personal development objective.

Examples:

Step 2 — Deal the Cards

Each player receives five cards.
The remaining cards become the draw pile.

Step 3 — Draw, Discard & Discuss

Players take turns:

  • Discarding cards

Questions encourage strategic thinking, accountability, and meaningful conversation.

Step 4 — Build the Winning Framework
