HOW TO PLAY

Step 1 — Choose a Goal
Players begin by identifying a leadership or personal development objective.
Examples:
Improve leadership confidence
Strengthen team communication
Increase productivity

Step 2 — Deal the Cards
Each player receives five cards.
The remaining cards become the draw pile.
Step 3 — Draw, Discard & Discuss
Players take turns:
Drawing cards
Discarding cards
Asking reflective leadership questions based on the card prompts

Step 4 — Build the Winning Framework
